In 2009, Lumka Gallant was appointed the MD of Renwick Talent, an executive search company. Her mandate is to reinvigorate and strengthen the company as well as aligning it to the business of the Kelly Group.

Lumka obtained her post school qualifications from the University of Lesotho, University of Cape Town and the City University of New York.

Her expertise in Human Resource management spans over 20 years, most of which she spent running her own HR consulting, executive search and recruitment company.

She is a proud mother of 2 sons, Thuto (20) and Khanyo (12).
